I am always fascinated by projection, the ability to create a new, moving environment to immerse the viewer. Ideally, I would like to incorporate that aspect onto my paintings, and relief sculpture. I've seen Rist's work before, and it's always interesting. Funny how what she is doing with elixir has parallels with my idea for the Graduate Research Grant I submitted twice; an immersive system that places the viewers as participants, modeled after biological and natural processes.
